Being an existing customer of RWD Palm medavakkam , I think I am one of the right person to post this blog.
To start of with "RWD" , the name you should never trust and even my enemy should not buy / deal with RWD even though they are ready to give you a property for free.

The first and formost problem with them is, the marketing and engineering teams are always has ego problems and one team won't listen to others and do things as per their wish , this especially makes you in trouble when we asked for any modifications in your property and you communicated this with marketing team.
The second problem with them is both marketing / engineering team won't attend your calls if you want to reach them to communicate anything specific in your property, they will call you only during the time of payment.
The quality of RWD is another worst part in their constructions , just one sample, even the main walls in their constuction is not straight (hope I don't want to explain about the rest), the materials which they are using for their construction is not as per standard , as promised by them and of worst quality.
Beware of doing any deals with RWD and protect your money by not doing any business with them.
